Thank you for shopping at Spranger Swimwear. We take pride in the quality and care of our handmade swimwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of swimwear, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

The hygienic liner and tags must be intact.

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Sale items or promotional products

Gift cards
-
Custom-made or personalized items
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at marketingspranger@gmail.com with:

Your full name and order number

Reason for the return

Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please request a return and place a new order once the refund is processed.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
7. International Orders
Please note:

International returns must follow the same conditions.

Any customs duties or taxes are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
